Credit Application

I authorize the release of credit information and request that all loan, credit, bank, or other history be given as needed to EQUESTRIAN IMPORTS, Inc. I understand that the use of a fax or photocopy of this release may be necessary to verify my history. I authorize the use of such a copy and request that it be honored fully, as if it were an original. I understand that if my application for credit is denied, I have the right under the Federal Equal Credit Act (Regulation B) to request a written statement of the reason(s) for denial. To obtain such a statement, I must submit a written request to EQUESTRIAN IMPORTS, Inc. within 60 days from the date of notification of denial. If my application for credit is approved, I will provide a credit/debit card number for payments. I authorize EQUESTRIAN IMPORTS, Inc. to automatically charge my card on my payment due date (or the preceding business day if my payment due date falls on a weekend or holiday). Any delinquency of finance payment over 90 days will be regarded as a contractual default, and will be subject to immediate repossession and criminal prosecution. I understand that I will be responsible for any collection fees and attorney fees.
